How to Apply UVDTF Wraps (Cups, Books, Pens & More)

1. Prepare the Surface – Clean your item with alcohol (cup) and let it dry completely. Remove any dust or oils from other surfaces as it can affect adhesion.

2. Squeegee the Design – Before peeling the backing, firmly rub a squeegee or your fingers over the clear transfer film to ensure the design fully adheres.

3. Peel the Backing Slowly – Carefully remove backing, making sure the design stays on the clear transfer film. 

4. Align & Secure One Edge – Cut off about ¼ inch of the backing and wrap the design around your item to check alignment. Once everything is lined up, stick down the exposed edge to hold it in place.

5. Apply & Remove Backing Gradually – Slowly peel away the rest of the backing while pressing the design onto the surface. Work from the secured edge outward, smoothing as you go.

6. Press Firmly & Smoothly – Use a squeegee or your fingers to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring full adhesion. Take your time!

7. Remove the Clear Film Slowly – Peel at a sharp angle and go slowly to ensure the design stays in place.

NOTE - Precision is key—once it sticks, it cannot be repositioned.
